During this time, he actively led the redevelopment process on 40+ assets, personally leasing and managing the construction of over 600,000 square feet of vacant space. In 2018, Matt founded Seaford Capital Partners to capitalize on his ability to selectively source, manage and execute real estate investment opportunities.
